Mafia takes places within the fictional US city of Lost Heaven, during the final years of prohibition in the 1930s. ... The game's main story involves two major mafia families - the Salieri family, and the Morello family - who fight for control over the city's rackets in the wake of the demise of a third mafia family.

- Extract the file using Winrar. (Download Winrar)
- Open “Mafia 1” folder, double click on “Setup” and install it.
